Life Lately...

This sounds boastful, but please discern my heart—I say this with all humility; writing love letters has always come easy to me; not because I’m the best writer alive, but because I’ve got a lot of love in my heart. Personally, I don’t believe love runs dry—feelings & emotions might—but love stays constant, no matter the changes in and around it. Love is more than a feeling, it’s an overflow from our reality in GOD through Christ Jesus as born-again Believers. Love neither fades nor dies; and just because a relationship doesn’t work out, doesn’t mean you have to love them less (but that’s a whole ‘nother conversation).

People really don’t get it when I say this, but love comes easy to me. My parents named me ‘Eguonor’ which literally translates as ‘Love’ in my native language. I’m a child of destiny; born on the same day as my late father—same hour—just 5 minutes difference in our time of birth. I am a child of promise—I’m a child of covenant made by GOD to my great grandfather who was a serial church planter of a lot of the First Baptist Churches in Benin & Delta State Nigeria, and a revivalist in the early 1900’s. My destiny weighs heavy on me, especially when ABBA’s ushering me into new seasons of His Promises to me.

This season of my life has been me literally stepping into prophecy everyday and I’ve had to go away for a bit—not because I didn’t want to write to you, but because I really needed to take a break and breathe. I’ve missed writing to you. I’ve missed reading your replies and your comments. I’ve missed being missed by you...and I’m sorry for going AWOL. I’m having to learn all over again that it’s okay to be tired, burnt out and in need of a refreshing. I’m starting to get that now. A lot’s happened since I last wrote to you and a lot’s changed since. I want to tell you everything, but what’s top of my list & top of mind right now, is this; I miss yooooooooouuu!!!

The LORD instructed me on August 31st 2025 to convene a weekly intercessory prayer room where Believers all over the world get to join in virtually on Google Meet to pray together for 1 hour every Friday night.
